On May 9, the plenary meeting of the Party Work Coordination Committee of Baishafang Subdistrict was held. Fan Jiangtao, Party Secretary of the Business School, attended the event and signed the "Hong Jie Fang – University Development Alliance" Cooperation Framework Agreement on behalf of the school with Baishafang Subdistrict. The ceremony was attended by district-level leaders and officials from relevant departments of Xicheng District, representatives from member organizations of the Party Work Coordination Committee and regionalized Communist Youth League units, instructors promoting the awareness of the Chinese National Community, subdistrict bureau-level cadres, heads of departments and community secretaries, as well as Zhang Yue, Deputy Party Secretary of the Business School; Zhu Rong, Director of the Department of Organizational Management; Zhao Jie, Secretary of the Youth League Committee; and student representatives from undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Pursuant to the Cooperation Framework Agreement, the Business School will actively engage in key initiatives in collaboration with Baishafang Subdistrict of the Xicheng District People’s Government, including research on Party building coordination and grassroots governance, digital empowerment of community governance, talent and intellectual exchange, high-quality internship and employment programs, and cooperation in basic education. The School will leverage its academic expertise and talent resources to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research, and to provide sustained intellectual support for the high-quality economic and social development of the Baishafang area.
